COTTON GARMENTS represents the regional heritage of the textile industry in Central Europe. We are a collective of people united by diversity and a unique vision of classic yet innovative design - we promote responsible choices without compromising on style.
High quality cotton yarn
All our fabrics are made from premium cotton yarns. We only use uncombed compact cotton with OEKO-TEX certification. Every single yarn is hand-picked and undergoes a thorough quality control before being used in knitting machines.
Modern knitting
Our company uses high end technology machines and the latest technology, enabling fast and flexible production response. Together with our technologists, we are able to design and develop heavyweight fabrics that are later used to produce COTTON CLOTHING. State-of-the-art knitting machines and continuous improvement of production processes ensure consistent production efficiency and superior results in quality and comfort.
Environmentally-friendly dyeing
We use eco-friendly dyeing processes to achieve a vibrant colour effect on all garments. Our partner dye house based in the Czech Republic adheres to strict European regulations and is OEKO-TEX certified.
Our most widely used dyeing technology is Garment Dye. We sew the products first and then dye them. This, in addition to the extraordinary comfort of wearing textiles dyed in this way, helps us to keep semi-finished products in stock ready to dye and deliver within 3 weeks of ordering!
Local approach and responsibility
Our products are made in Slovakia. We comply with European Union labour law, which guarantees fair working conditions. We work locally, transparently and require our partners to adhere to the same set of standards.
Producing textiles locally and maintaining value at home is challenging. Despite fast fashion sweeping our home markets, we are not the only ones who value our work. There are more and more partners, brands and customers in the industry who are gradually adopting these values and contributing to the growth of responsibility and sustainability towards everyone's clothing.
