Our HQ and most of the production is based in Slovakia, Trenčín. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Slovakia.

Our cotton is carefully sourced from USA, Turkey, or India.

Our production takes place in Slovakia, where we maintain strong bonds with our partners. They adhere to both Slovakia government and EU regulations. These facilities are family-owned enterprises that prioritize the well-being of their employees and provide fair wages.

It's possible to arrange a visit to observe the production process if we've established cooperation. However, prior agreement is necessary to ensure that our production operations remain uninterrupted.

Garment Dye is a process of uniquely dyeing a garment after it has been cut and sewn. This process is the last step in production before it is put on sale. This process stabilizes the shrinkage of the products, so you do not have to worry about shrinkage of the product even at higher washing temperatures. It also gives the product a "soft finish", which means softness and a pleasant feeling to the touch.

Yes, we have natural and black BLANKS in stock and we try to keep them available at all times. Other colors may be in stock, but not guaranteed. Some sizes may run out. All custom products in the MANUFACTURING SERVICES segment are manufactured to order.

We also have our Blank products in a natural color ready for dyeing. The minimum quantity for custom color is 50 kg of products. It is possible to combine different products such as hoodies, t-shirts or sweatpants into this amount. You can find more detailed information about the combinations and the weight of the products in our “Production Guide”

You can buy one of our blanks in the blanks store on cottongarments.eu. We have no minimums. If you want to get wholesale prices, we need you to fill out our wholesale form and we will send you our wholesale price list and answer any questions you may have.

Yes, our PRODUCTION SERVICES segment is dedicated to custom designed products. You can get a custom colourway, adapt tňhe fit of the piece, and change up things like pockets and stitching. You can also get your graphic designs printed by us.

We have no minimums for blank products. If you would like us to complete the product such as embroidery, printing or custom labels the MOQ is 50 pieces.

Our manufacturing services are tailored to realize your product vision! You have the flexibility to select from various printing and processing options available for our blank products, or collaborate with us to bring your own custom product to fruition.

For custom clothing, our MOQ is 100 pcs. However, it depends on the design and your requirements. If you are interested in a smaller quantity, you can choose from our blank products.

We take care of your entire production process. Usually, with small quantities, you wouldn't have access to these facilities. But with us, you get easy communication, assured quality, and low minimum order quantities (MOQs).

Yes, you can get a sample. It will be a 1:1 product of what your bulk production will look like. Like this, you can see the quality of the product and test your custom fits. The average sample cost is about 200€. But depending on the number of screens, the size of an embroidery pattern, or developments needed, the price can go up or down.

Absolutely! All your graphics and patterns are safeguarded and will not be replicated for any other brand.

In the quality check, all of the measurements get compared to the approved measurements chart and all seams and prints get checked for any defects.

Make sure to have high-quality artworks, and vectorize them for screen printing and embroideries.

A TECH PACK is a blueprint for a final garment. It contains all the technical specifications and design details that define your product. It helps us to understand exactly what your product should look like, and it is the reference for the quality check at the end of production.

If you do not have experience with graphics programs and do not know how to prepare a tech pack for the desired products yourself, we will be happy to help you, we will schedule a meeting. We will prepare the necessary documentation together. We charge €100 per product for the development of the tech packs. No product can go into production without a tech pack.

For one sampling round, it takes about 4 weeks. If you go for another sampling round, it takes another 2-4 weeks. Afterwards, for production, the lead time is 4-8 weeks. So, from start finish, it may take you 8-10 weeks. If you have a graphic t-shirt and skip sampling, you can also reduce your waiting time down to just 2

The lead time starts in the moment when we receive your payment.

We have several peak-season, when loads of brands produce at the same time. This may create longer waiting lists than normal. Most affected by this is the print house and dye house. The lead time might increase by a few days in such incidents.
